Data update escalation emails not clear that verification needs to be recorded in the tool.
As we get close to a scheduled release we send out notifications to feature owners for them to confirm that the data for their feature is accurate. If we don't get a response, we send out other notices as escalations to try again. Those emails, and the verification pages that they link to, sometimes (based on feedback) lead feature owners to read through the data, but not realize they need to actually tell the tool they've confirmed all is well. The tool is then left with data that is accurate, but we have no record of the owner confirming its accurate.
Describe the solution you'd like Likely many ways we could go about improving this. One idea is to move the action portion of both the emails and the verification page we link to up towards the top so it's clearer there's an action needed. Other ideas might be to notify the owner if they go to the verification page and leave w/o confirming the accuracy of the data.
