Trial extension gate chips should display with their respective trial

Currently, trial extension gate chips do not display on the feature detail page when a trial extension stage/gate is associated with an origin trial. Only gate chips for the actual origin trial are displayed.

Displaying these together, or near each other, would be convenient for the user.

The current state is that there is no way in the tool to see whether a trial extension has been requested, besides looking at the comment threads in the API owners chip (and potentially other chips, like security or privacy). This poses an important problem in that the API owners can't see this as a separate request in the tool and have to monitor blink-dev for these cases. The current practice of reusing the initial request for requesting extensions risks missing or overwriting information in the approval chips.

Tagging as an improvement for feature authors as the only way to request a trial extension in the tool seems to be in the Guide UX, which we want to phase out.
