Need a process for removing unused email addresses from Chrome Status

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have been adding users to Chrome Status for almost ten years, but have never acted to prune access/email addresses for people who are no longer contributi9ng.

Describe the solution you'd like The proposal discussed in a recent Chrome Status meeting was to announced to every email on the system to confirm that they are still active or they will be removed by a particular deadline.

Once we start tracking last sign-on date, I suggest the threshold for sending an 'are you still active' email should be two months. This value should be configurable so can can adjust it easily.

Agreed this needs to be configurable. 2 months might be too short, we should look at data once we start keeping track of this stuff and pick a time frame based on what we see there.

I think you're right. One year, maybe? (Two months seemed like a good idea when I said it.)
