Instant feedback when new comments are added on a chrome status item

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. During Blink API Owner meetings we try to document our primary thought and action points, but we don't have a dedicated secretary. Instead someone(TM) will write it down. With the spreadsheet it was obviously visible that someone was editing an item and that was that. Now we both end up with duplicate notes and times where someone (at least I) avoid writing a note in case someone else is already composing it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like there to be live update of the comment list so that when a new comment is added, anyone else having that item open can see it and avoid writing and posting a similar note. Some kind of "[email protected] is writing ...." message would be a bonus.
