AndroidX, added textSizes+textStyle, fixed text bottom offset, fixed openKeyboard() when not forced - updated for kotlin release

I've updated the code to the Kotlin branch. It was a lot of work but hopefully the language isn't going to change again, and this'll get merged.

I removed the EditText -> TextView change from this changeset and will submit another for that (which also contains these changes).
