[BUG, GoodID] Out-of-gas issue in the goodid flow

@decentralauren @sirpy we need to discuss the faucet top-up amount for claiming from the pool.

@vldkhh i dont understand what exactly is the issue in the video and also how it is related to gas i've increased the gas toppiing on dev env to be 1.5M, same as in production

@sirpy ask @L03TJ3 about it. He said that its a gas-related issue. Probably because of claiming from multiple pools

@sirpy when did you increase this? the ones reporting about it all have the same on-chain activity: 1 claim successful > second one fails because there is not enough left behind as shared above and seen here: https://celoscan.io/address/0x199e085c0aea98e1A0fA77C67E12DCFc7167Ef88
