Update New GW1 > GoodWallet Redirect Modal

Business Description

Update modal to encourage more users to use the new GoodWallet. This should be managed with a feature flag identically to the Welcome Rewards modal.

Detailed Description of Functionality

• Button takes user to goodwallet.xyz
• Text link takes user to current GoodWallet (wallet.gooddollar.org) / proceeds with login
• There should not be a way to dismiss the modal besides using one of the above links Note: The Welcome Reward modal will need to be disabled independently using the feature flag.
