Bug: Unable to load wallet after release

Description

This has been raised before. But after every update the wallet loads on a white screen (web) and you have clear cache in order to load in new version

Steps to reproduce

(Can be tested on dev env)

1. commit change
2. push to master
3. wait for release and go to dev.gooddollar

@johnsmith-gooddollar I believe we discussed this before, but not sure what the conclusion was

@zerozeolotus We need a bit more context then this here I am able load my wallet fine.

At what stage is not loading? Already logged in? a specific login method you are using if not? web/android?

it's working now. but sometimes it doesn't load using web
