Bug: cannot load chunk of css

Description

Amplitude shows an increase in failing to load some CSS chunks (see dashboard Errors By Unique), which started to trigger around a week ago. This I can replicate by setting my VPN to EG. hong-kong. Not sure what to make of this? this makes it unable to access the wallet

Steps to reproduce

1. set your VPN to (I tried hong-kong as it was the only asian-region location available)
2. go to wallet.gooddollar.org
3. see logs
