send flow copy tweak for "insufficient funds" case

Description: As a user, I want to send funds to someone else, but I might not have funds in a specific network.

Proposed solution:

In the amount screen, tweak the error copy to say:

Sorry, you don't have enough G$ on {Network}. Return to home and bridge {amount typed - chain balance} G$ between chains to complete this action.
