Simplify Onboarding
Assumption
We believe that our sign up and log in flows are a cause of friction to new and active users. Our goal is to provide a fail-proof way to enter our ecosystem by making it simpler and, eventually, removing it as a barrier to accessing the app.
Vision
The larger proposal is that the application and its content becomes accessible to all, even when they are not logged in. As a consequence of that, onboarding (or connecting a wallet, whether ours or 3rd party) would not separate a new user from experiencing GoodDollar for the first time.

P1 Overview
The purpose of this task is to simplify the existing signup flow by replacing the initial screens with one simple screen and replacing the log in/sign up flows with a single “Continue” screen.
We want to know if removing friction from the explanatory steps will increase or decrease sign-up conversion.
We need to provide the user with a simple guide on what is GoodDollar for those needing more info, and to track clicks.
We also need to still be able to differentiate a new user from a returning user.
