User should see new error screen design for FV "Face does not match"

Now we're asking user to pass re-verification each 14 days. During that process we're performing match-3d operation between the stored face snapshots and the face currently enrolling. If some other person (not the original account owner) tries to do that, the face does not match and we're receiving the corresponding error. We've agreed with sirpy that we'll show the specific error screen for that specific case. In my PR https://github.com/GoodDollar/GoodDAPP/pull/2785 i temporarily used a clone of "opps we've found your twin" screen for that. Btw we're need to have the separate design (with separate image text, additional actions e.g. contact support etc)

Please prepare the design for that screen.
