[Request] Add support for When entity swings item

Describe the feature The feature When entity swings item would be cool for fireballs as they would probably get launched after the item gets swinged

Describe why you want the feature I want the feature because protectiles might be cool with it as they could possibly be knocked forward when it spawns

it was a Forge feature, but as I have now successfully introduced mixins, it might be possible to do it.
