When using Filters on the Stockpile window, the stockpile's coloured icon should change to green if all filtered items are in stock.

The way it works right now is if you have a missing item from the stockpile, irrespective of any filter applied, the icon will turn red to indicate missing items. However, as a user I expected the icon to turn green after I applied filters which meant everything I filtered to was indeed in stock.

My particular use case is that I add an "Unprofitable" tag to some of the items in my stockpiles, and if it's unprofitable at that time I want to temporarily exclude it from the stockpile. I also want to come back at a later date and check the unprofitable items in case they are profitable again, but I'd do that via searching for the tag.
