Explanation Required

This is good work, its something I really needed. Can you elaborate anywhere in the code more about what input (dimension wise) to each of the functions. I want to completely make sure that what I have understood or interpreted is actually correct.

In the last function "calculate_iou" what the "labels " input is expecting as such clarity for other functions as well.

It would be a great help.
