How is the "probability_modified" from the "data.site_proba" calculated for each site

I have got a question about the output. How is the "probability_modified" from the "data.site_proba" file calculated for each site?

Hi @Tesdhi,

m6anet calculates the probability_modififed from data.site_proba by sampling 20 reads, running the model five times, and averaging the probabilities from the five runs.
