Other options in config.json also being reset to default

Describe the bug It turns out #94 also applies to the resolution and tag options (and maybe more, I haven't tried using any others).

Expected behavior If I set a tag or resolution in my config.json I would not like them to be overridden when I run crunchy next. See #94 for more detailed breakdown.
