Cleanup of 4.0 dev documentation comments

This pull request is an initial cleanup of the documentation comments for the XR Tools scripts so the generated documentation is more usable.

The initial comment style with the "@desc" was based on an earlier proposal for Godot 4 documentation; however that style was not the one adopted so the "@desc" hints were removed.
