Pack Format Numbers Are Wrong

Hello, v1.1.0 of the resource pack says it's incompatible for any version higher than 1.21.4 because it's set incorrectly.

Instead of 42 - 52, it should be 42 - 64. This way, it doesn't display the error for higher versions and confuse people. It only takes a second to update in pack.mcmeta.

In newer versions, please use the official minecraft:tooltip_style item component instead.

Uhhh what? I don't get what you mean. I'm talking about the pack format number being wrong in pack.mcmeta.

this tool is obsolete in newer versions of minecraft. there is already a vanilla solution, we can use that instead.
