Port pFUnit to Cray

At one point v3.x was able to build and run on the Cray, but this work was not fully captured in the 4.0 release. This is primarily because the main developer does not have ready access to that development environment.

I am happy to assist interested users in completing this process. It should be fairly straightforward presuming that we do not encounter any compiler defects that would require workarounds.

@tclune Although I don't have immediate advice due to the amount of time that has passed and my lack of access the the account in which I did the work, please feel free to tag me again as specific issues come up. Hopefully, my memory will be jarred by seeing any issues that arise.
