Intermittent operation

For me it works sometimes, and not others. With deluge 1.3.6 (python 2.7, 
libtorrent 16.8), on windows 7 64bit, firefox 22. I don't know if it's the 
deluge daemon being picky, or if it's the plugins implementation; but it 
doesn't work consistently enough for me.
