Add a way to send custom made forms to others.

I added some custom kinks to my list, partially for myself, but I also wanted to share my version of the form with others. There appears to be no way to do this, could you possibly add this functionality in the future?

is there anywhere this code is run online? i've only found the rawgit for the master so far. if not, can it be put somewhere or merged into the master branch?
