As a HTB tryharder, I lose time to spawn my machine during the release, is it possible to program the spawn of a machine to be the first to be on it and have more chance to make a first blood?

In order to avoid request spam, we should be able to limit the scheduler to at least 5 minutes before releasing the box. The delay between each request can be modified via a flag.

I prefer to wait for the next release until everything is stable before launching into the schedule command.
