Install SP1 on Win7_x86_analyst

I had to have a windows 32 bit VM so I went for the win7_x86_analyst profile but SP1 is not installed. Automatic updates are turned off and that seems reasonable to me but SP1 is needed for several stuff including VC redistributable 15. I also to remove packages because they failed to install and that might be explanable by the lack of SP1.

Is there a reason we wouldn't want SP1?
