[Feature request] any way to start Editor. directly in "Quick note" mode

I'd prefer command line option, like --quicknote. By the way, Editor. does not seem to respond to standard cli switch --help, so I might have missed cli option if any is available.

Probably more "canonical" for SailfishOS would be d-bus activation instead of cli switch.

Either way would do for me.

Understood, nice idea. Will implement when I will have time...

In version 0.8 will be button on cover which turn the Editor ONLY in quickNote mode. Improving of command line interface is in the future.

Do you still need cli option? There is already button on cover page

I do.

With CLI option I would be able to put an icon for opening quick note right on launcher among other apps icons. That would be just one tap to access quick note.

Currently two taps and one swipe are required. Too many actions for me, so I use desktop icon for commad harbour-editor $MY_NOTES_FILE. That is one tap, but I'd prefer quick note mode.
