现在 Vulinbox 管理器这个 Tab 页面关闭后，靶场也会同步关闭，所以关了窗口再重新打开后，需要重新启动靶场

https://developer.chrome.com/blog/remote-debugging-port 看上去的原因是这个，但是我在一些用户的设置中修改了 `--user-data-dir` 也还是不行，有人愿意试试看 `--disable-features=ChromeWhatsNewUI,HttpsUpgrades,OptimizationHints,DevToolsDebuggingRestrictions` 或者 `--disable-features=DevToolsDebuggingRestrictions` 吗
