Lines too close together when Windows font size is 200%

I've been having this problem too. I have to use 250% font size as anything smaller on my screen (3200x1800) is unreadable. Even just an option in preferences to increase the space between lines would work :)

Tried on Linux with my current build, which uses Qt5, and I could not reproduce this. Maybe this is a Qt issue that has been fixed with Qt5? The next release (hopefully happening soon now) will use Qt5, let's see if you guys can still see this problem with it.

am having the same problem. tried reducing the font size manually to fit inside the small search result lines. But all this means is have to squint hard to read. Would be good to increase these search line heights
