Train settings and flashcards

"Whole study list train settings" seems like it would be useful for current sets, too. In fact, I was surprised to see characters I already knew coming up when I had set the train settings to go only up to a score of 99. So for now, I have added "learning" and "learned" tags to my characters, but I have to manage this manually. It would be nice if train settings just applied to everything, or if there were another set of train settings to apply for flashcards. I don't have time to do the whole study list in one sitting, so I use sets to do review in smaller chunks of time.
