If it's pre-filled than that means that it did successfully connect at least to one other device so that should not be the problem. I can't quite figure out why...

I just pushed [v0.21.0-d.3](https://github.com/GnoX/ha-ef-ble/releases/tag/v0.21.0-d.3) that should add this slider named as `Grid Input Power Limit` but I'm not sure if the maximum limit is correct so be careful with that....
