Test drive demo outdated for version 4.2

The link for the version 4.2 test drive demo flies appears to be broken.

I'm redirected and 404 is returned. https://github.com/GluuFederation/community-edition-containers/archive/4.2.0.zip 2021-04-18_23-56_1

I can download 4.2.zip instead of 4.2.0.zip but the steps that follow in the instruction seem to be outdated as the file doesn't contain the community-edition-containers-4.2/examples/single-host folder or the run_all.sh script.
