Specify how many Super Gluu enrollments user can do

By default Super Gluu hasn't application_id property. As result user do Super Gluu enrollment per OP client.

But admin can restrict this to one by specifying an application_id in the Super Gluu script property. As a result, all OP clients will use same Super Gluu enrollment.

In so many words: set the application_id property to one application, we recommend the hostname of the idp, e.g. https://idp.example.com , so that all clients of the OP will accept the user's super gluu authentication.
