Kabyle localization

Hello, Glucusio kab localization is complete on crowdin. Please consider the kab locale in the next release

Thanks. I checked it, but can we get approvals from other Kabyle natives? if not, it will be fine just using it. It's better to double check and discuss with others even though it's your mother tongue.
