Add Open EPIC EMR Support for Sharing Results with Doctor

Open EPIC allows use to tie in something like our export feature to their API and directly send Glucose and other data to doctors that use EPIC EMR or MyChart https://open.epic.com/Ancillary/Results

We should investigate adding support for this
