Add Reminders

We need to add reminders support where a notice is in assistant if user has not recently added their glucose.

We should also use Android notifications and should have settings to configure this in settings:

On Off Set Intervals Use system notification sound

I’d like to be prompted to add a reminder two hours after registering a high reading. (Assuming the high reading is very new – 15 min. or so.)

@satya164 This is all you as its UX we need a sharp reminder system allowing people to set custom reminders with notification support that includes emojis ;)
