Shields don't load their colorings and colored shields are not craftable

My Shield item had much colors on Spigot, on Glowstone it loads as a blank one.

If i try to craft it with a simple banner, i get this message in the console:

2016/08/23 21:50:04 [INFO] FastFelix771: [rejected] WindowClickMessage(id=1, slot=0, button=0, transaction=9, mode=0, item=ItemStack{SHIELD x 1})

The items i used to craft are also bugged away.

Hm, patterns are implemented so it will just be a matter of updating the code for banners.
