Add more refined milestones?

I was wondering if we could have a more specific to do list to have a unified effort to complete glowstone, like something to generally do for this month or week.

I've added several tickets to what I think is a reasonable New Years 2015 milestone. It's like the "Important Stuff" one but with an actual goal!
