• [ ] CED instead of ADA --- Declare that it has the same conversion rate as ADA for accounting purposes (OK because it's a test coin; also kind of OK because it's a pegged/stable coin)
• [ ] Make sure exchange rates work (they didn't work during demo?)
• [ ] Let users override exchange rate of accounting purposes? Include a symbol to explain where the rate comes from (e.g. "coinrates.com" vs "manual")
• [ ] Note that some tokens are test vs production (e.g. CED), and do accounting as if they were production, but in a separate test accounting book.
