[1.20.1 Fabric]Mouse Wheelie mod makes the armor restriction invalid

Describe the Issue

When I use the mouse wheelie mod in my modpack, it made the levelz mod armor restriction invalid. For example I can still exchange my chestplate even i havent unlock it.
