Datapack for smithing, brewing and mining doesn't work on server. 1.20.1

Describe the Issue

The brewing, smithing and mining datapacks are being "ignored" by my fabric server. Everything works fine on singleplayer, but when I use them on my server, it says "invalid path in pack:" and then "ignoring" after the file name.(as you can see from the log) I was originally using various other mods, but just to isolate the issue, I made a server with just levelZ (and its dependencies) and took everything else out of my datapack and left only vanilla items. Everything else seems to work fine on the server, but these 3 categories don't seem to.

I included the datapack files here, although I doubt there's anything wrong in them as they work in singleplayer. Am I doing something wrong or is there an issue with the mod. Please help and thank you.
