Incompatibility with VeinDigging

Describe the Issue

LevelZ worked properly before adding VeinDigging-1.0.1 to the modpack, but all progression features stopped working immediately after adding VeinDigging to the modpack. Traveling merchants could be talked to at level 2 trade, there was no limitation on mining despite not adding any levels to mining, etc. I just figured I'd mention it, remove VeinDigging, and leave it at that, but was asked to open a GitHub issue and provide the latest log.

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?

Only mod that seems to effect it is VeinDigging, since LevelZ works with all others.
