[Suggestion] 2 settings for LevelZ spawner behaviour

Add 2 options that would revert old spawner behaviour.

1st option would be returning old XP gains from spawners

2nd option would be returning old maternal gains from spawners (Loot drop).

The reason for the individual settings is for people who'd like to have the loot drop behaviour the same from the vanilla but still want the nerf on the xp gain.
