Health Regen won't work

Levelz, 1.19.2, V 1.4.4 Situation: Originally health was set to 6 (as default) but was showing up as 20 likely because another mod that adds health points via trinket slots kept it at 20hp (as Minecraft default without any additional hp), now natural regen doesn't work after I take dmg.

Additional info: when my health gets set to something (EG joining the game or when I change my health level by command (player stats), I regen as I should but upon taking dmg (I'm fighting monsters (vanilla and modded don't make a dif) it doesn't regen anymore)

Other mods I suspect are involved: Hearty trinkets, v1.19-1.0.0 (Adds more hp) Healing campfire v5.0 by Rick (Gives you regen near campfire)
