Air distillation should not give helium

All helium production are from natural gas, which in turn comes from alpha decay of radioisotopes. Can you make the output of the GAN tower configurable?

Hi, as an aproximation it worked fine without going too deep into science. I could make a crafttweaker override so each of the gases can be inhibited from the GAN, including nitrogen and oxygen.
