one the oess home page add some details about L2/L3

We would like to add a few things to the OESS workgroup details home page.

First an expand all button that expands out all the details of all the L2/L3VPNs

Then if they have a reserved bandwidth / shaper we should display that next to the interface

We should also show the "entity" if one exists next to each interface to make it easier to know what each port means
