Refresh Token documentation states you need to include an authorization code

Refresh Token page mentions that you need to include an authorization code as part of the refresh request (the assumption would be that this would refer to the original authorization code from the initial token acquisition). However this does not appear to be necessary and is fairly non-standard for refresh token acquisition.
