all outlanded according to PySoar, which is clearly wrong

Wrong task description from task setters, excluding the beercan from the DAeC turnpoint. SeeYou gives the same outlanding.

edit: not for all IGC files:

  • A1 has wrong task (used for all other flights)
  • OTN has correct task
