re-support linux

linux version is very outdated. with github actions it is now easy to enable this again. probaly ubuntu 22 is a good fit: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners

not as easy as expected. this is mainly due to wxpython needing specific system dependencies and not having a linux whl: https://wxpython.org/pages/downloads/index.html
