SP3012 ESD protection part is no longer available

The Littelfuse SP3012 is no longer available. The suggested replacement is the SC7538-08UTG which has a different footprint, however it does have 8 channels rather than 6 which means only a single device is needed.

I have an updated version with this change made as I am going to make 2 at JLC to test the CBM9002 (https://github.com/GlasgowEmbedded/glasgow/pull/764)

There's also the TPD6E05U06, which seems to be a drop-in replacement in a compatible package.
