BUG: COPY TO Parser error: can't parse the string value 0.0 to decimal

Description

When attempting to use COPY TO from Snowflake to Delta table, I hit the following error:

DataFusionErrorException: External error: Arrow error: Parser error: can't parse the string value 0.0 to decimal

The query:

(select * from my_snowflake.public.nyc_tree_data)
to
'file:///Users/talgluck/Documents/glaredb/videos/delta_lake/ok'
format delta
"""
)

I've tried this with two different Snowflake tables and get the same issue (these are the two tables in our SANDBOX Snowflakedb in the public schema).
