Test performance of several local hyspometric approaches

See discussion in PR #85. For looping the local hypsometric interpolation, should we:

• create a new mask for each geometry
• create a single mask with each geometry having a different mask value and looping through the mask values

Also test implementing multiprocessing/threading.
